Develop client management, business, and networking skills closely with CSR Principal
Work closely with client firms to grow their businesses and help them achieve their personal and professional dreams
Skillfully manage client relationships in order to ensure existing clients are retained
Advise and consult with clients on strategy, operations, finance, HR, and other areas of business
Collaborate with a member of the Analyst team to create project plans for client objectives
Standardize and streamline client business functions
Internally update and report out on current activities;
Prospect & network for potential consultants/employees of CSR;
Attend periodic 1x1 meetings with Principal.
